To make a bank deposit or withdrawal to/from your account you must be verified. Becoming verified is usually a quick process but in some cases can take a few days to complete. When you start to create an account with us, you will be redirected to your User Panel and KYC interface. You will also be required to confirm your source of funds and upload a copy of the front page of a bank statement. The front page of the bank statement must show your name, address and the bank account number for verification that these are the same details in your user profile. All other details on the bank statement should be obscured for your privacy. The easiest and quickest way to verify is to follow the instructions for each step. You may be prompted to use your passport and driver's license if the Document Verification Service is unable to match all the information easily.
